Dudley, Mass. 12/9/04 - Sarah Begnoche (Millville, Mass.) and Brianne Barnes (Merrimack, N.H.) each finished with 14 points to lead the Keene State College women's basketball team to a 76-52 non-confernce victory over Nichols College in Dudley, Mass. on Thursday night.

Keene State improves to 5-2 while Nichols falls to 1-5. It was the first meeting between the two teams.

The Owls raced out to a 39-24 halftime lead in the game.

Stacey Morse (Lebanon, N.H.) had 13 points and a team high six rebounds. The Owls hits nine-of-25 shots behind the arc with Barnes knocking down four treys.

Heather Clarke led the Bison with 12 points and five rebounds.

Keene State returns to Little East play on Saturday when it travels to UMass-Boston for a 1 p.m. game.
