'PLYMOUTH, N.H. 9/16/05 - The Keene State College women's volleyball team dropped a tough five game 3-2 match to rival Plymouth State University in Little East round-robin play Friday night in Plymouth.

The Owls won the first game 31-29, before losing the next two games 25-30 and 26-30.  KSC came back to win the fourth game 30-27 but lost in the final game 9-15.

Shelly Ellis (Hampton, N.H.) led KSC with a match-high 22 kills and 18 digs.  Freshman Brittany O'Bryant (Merrimack, N.H.) had nine kills and 17 digs, and Genna Florkowski (East Northport, N.Y.) finished with 11 digs.

Becky Ciulla led the Panthers (7-3, 1-0 LEC) with 20 kills, 15 digs, and five blocks.

Keene State (3-3, 0-1 LEC) will continue LEC play on Saturday with matches against Southern Maine (11 a.m.) and Western Conn. (1 p.m.)
