'KEENE, N.H. 9/13/06 -  The Keene State College women's volleyball team dropped a three game match to Amherst College at Spaulding Gym on Wednesday night.

The game scores were 30-25, 30-18, and 30-16.

Brittany O'Bryant (Merrimack, N.H.) led the Owls (8-3) with eight kills and four blocks.  Sarah Apold (Oakdale, Minn.) had six kills and three blocks, and Genna Florkowski (East Northport, N.Y.) finished with 10 digs.

Jaclyn Demais had 17 kills and Kristen Quinn added 15 kills for the undefeated Jeffs (4-0).

Keene State begins Little East play on Saturday when they host UMass-Dartmouth and Western Conn. in a tri-meet at Spaulding Gym (12 p.m.).
