'KEENE, N.H. 9/5/06 - Keene State College swept Southern New Hampshire University 3-0 in a non-conference women's volleyball match held at Spaulding Gym on Tuesday night.

Keene State improves to 4-1 while SNHU falls to 2-2.

After winning the first game 30-23, the Owls fought off a game point to win 32-30 in the second game.  KSC took the third game 30-24.

Brittany O'Bryant (Merrimack, N.H.) led the Owls' offense with 13 kills and eight digs.  Kelly Yankowski (Turners Falls, Mass.) had nine kills and 22 assists, and Genna Florkowski (East Northport, N.Y.) finished with 20 digs and three service aces.

Keene State is at Emmanuel College on Thursday (7 p.m.). The Penmen return home to face UMass-Lowell on Wednesday.
