BRUNSWICK, MAINE- The Keene State College women's volleyball
team split a pair of non-conference matches at the Bowdoin College
Tournament on Saturday in Maine.
The Owls beat Keuka (N.Y.) College (30-16, 30-24, 30-28) before
falling to Brandeis College (27-30, 21-30, 17-30) later in the day.
Leading the way for the Owls over Keuka College was junior Brittany
O'Bryant (Merrimack, NH) with 10 kills and three blocks.
Senior Kelly Yankowski (Turners Falls, Mass.) had nine kills, 16
digs, junior Jordan Pokryfki (Wasilla, AK) had eight kills and 33
assists, and freshman Jamie Levine (Medfield, Mass.) finished with
19 digs to pace the Owls.
O'Bryant finished with 12 kills and two blocks, Carly Newton
(Centerville, Mass.) added six kills and one block, Yankowski had
six kills, Pokryfki had 22 assists and Levine finished with 25 digs
in the loss to Brandeis.
The Owls (16-8) travel to Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Thursday (7pm.).
