KEENE, N.H. 9/18/07 - Williams College, ranked 14th in this
week's NFHCA national poll, defeated Keene State College 3-0 in a
non-conference field hockey game played Tuesday night at Owl
Athletic Complex.
It was the second straight loss for KSC (3-3). Williams (5-0)
remains undefeated.
Jess Overlander and Carolina Jolly scored first half goals and
Carly Bearn added an insurance goal in the second half.
The Owls finished the game without a shot on goal.
Jennifer McDougall (Avon, Conn.) had eight saves for the
Owls. Bethany Baker didn't make a save for Williams.
Keene State travels to St. Joseph's (Me.) College on Thursday (4
p.m.).
