team saw its bid for an undefeated Little East Conference season
fall a game short with a 3-1 setback to UMass-Dartmouth on
Saturday.

KSC and UMD traded goals in the first half. Owl freshman
Elizabeth Coffin (Sugar Hill, N.H.) tied the score with her third
goal of the season at the 21:02 mark. The Corsairs scored a

first regular season LEC loss in 19 games.
Junior goalie Vikki Stoessel (Derry, N.H.) finished the game
with seven saves.
KSC, four-time LEC champs, will open up in defense of its
conference crown on Tuesday (5 p.m.) with a quarterfinal game
