CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--Ryan Widzgowski won the mile at the New England Division III Championships at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Saturday.

Widzgowski (Camden, Maine) finished in 4:11.38, almost two seconds ahead of Tufts' Jamie Norton.  Devin Sanford (Holliston, Mass.) finished the 400 meters in 51.17, while teammate Eric Dietz (Prospect, Conn.) did so in 51.50 seconds.  

Ryan Milewski (Ashland, Mass.) ran the 800 meters in 1:59.11.
