ROXBURY, Mass.--The Keene State College track and field team capped 2015 at the Jay Carisella Invitational at the Reggie Lewis Track on Saturday.
Katelyn Terry punched her ticket to the New England Division III Championships in the 800 meter run, placing seventh overall and as the highest Division III participant in 2:26.82. Terry also qualified for the NE DIII Championships in the mile, with a sixth place finish overall and again finishing as the fastest Division III runner in 5:19.03.
The 4x400 meter relay team of Alison Brady, Elizabeth Buckley, Amy Pereira, and Alyssa Lombardi finished fourth in 4.13.61.
The Keene State men were paced by Philip Parent, who placed eighth overall and as the highest DIII runner in the 3,000 meters, in 8:51.34, which qualified him for the New England Division III Championships.
Eric Dietz, Quentin Bazarnicki, Devin Sanford, and James Stergis-Cox made up the 4x400 meter relay squad that was sixth overall in 3.34.30.
Jared Hannon was eighth in the long jump with a leap of 6.30 meters.
Keene State will be off until January 16, when they will take part in the Tufts Invitational.
