Wellesley, Mass. - Keene State senior Cody Fitzgerald placed eleventh on the one-meter board at the 2016 NCAA Regional Diving Championships.
He earned a total of 391.30 points, just .60 points off of his score from the NEISDA Championships two weeks ago. At NEISDA, Fitzgerald placed first in both the one meter and three meter diving events.
His eleventh place finish improved on his result from last year where he finished 19th. William Porter of U.S. Merchant Marine Academy won the event with 482.65 points.
Fitzgerald then placed thirteenth on the three meter competition finishing with 363.20 points. Matthew Rohrer of Tufts won the event with a total of 499.00 points.
