Box Score BOSTON, Mass.--Junior Rachel Lamica had a career high 19 kills as the Keene State College volleyball team rallied from two sets down for a 3-2 (22-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-17, 15-11) win over Emmanuel College at the Jean Yawkey Center on Tuesday night.

- Lamica added 13 digs, a solo block, and two block assists to go with her 19 kills, and was joined in double digit kills by Courtney Collins, who added 11 as the Owls won their third straight match.
- Keene State piled up 103 digs on the night, led by 34 from sophomore Riley Bunker. In addition to Lamica's 13, Katie Cunningham had 17, Leslie Hearns added 15, and Taylor Bright had 12. Cunningham also had 46 assists, surpassing her highest season total.
- The Owls were at their best in the final set, posting nine kills and a .350 hitting percentage.
Set One Highlights
- The Owls opened up an early 9-4 lead, as Lamica had three early kills. The Saints closed to within 10-9 on a kill by Kaitlyin Atkinson.
- Keene State opened up an 18-14 lead on another kill by Lamica, but the Saints tied the set at 20 on a KSC attacking error, then netted the next two points for a 22-20 lead.
- Consecutive kills by Kat Carrel tied the match, but the Saints closed out the set with the final three points.
Set Two Highlights
- Four straight Emmanuel errors gave Keene State a 10-6 lead after an early tie, but the Saints went on a 9-1 run to take a 15-11 lead.
- Hannah Syzmanski powered down a kill to get KSC within 18-15, and the Owls could not get closer than two the rest of the way.
- The Saints took a 2-0 lead by ending the set with a KSC error.
Set Three Highlights
- The comeback in the match began with a comeback in the third set, as Emmanuel surged to a 12-8 lead on a kill by Atkinson.
- The Owls chipped away, scoring four straight points as Lamica and Syzmanski each had two kills to give the Owls a 16-15 lead.
- Emmanuel grabbed the lead back at 20-19 on a kill by Marissa Cataldo, but KSC would not let the match get away, closing on a 6-2 run. Collins had three kills in that stretch.
Set Four Highlights
- Another close start saw the Owls nudge out in front 8-7, then expand the lead to 13-9 on an Emmanuel error.
- Three straight points for the Saints closed the gap to 13-12, but that was as close as they got. Collins netted back-to-back kills as the lead ballooned to 22-15.
- Cunningham and then Collins forced the deciding fifth set with consecutive kills.
Set Five Highlights
- Keene State finished off the Saints the final set, trailing just 1-0 and would not fall behind again.
- Bunker served up an ace for a 7-5 lead, and Collins slammed down back-to-back kills to open up a 12-7 advantage.
- An Emmanuel service ace got the Saints within 12-9, but Lamica would not let the Saints get any closer, recording three kills in the final four points to give KSC the comeback victory.
