SHENANDOAH, Texas--Keene State College senior Ryan Boraski broke his own record - twice - in the 200 freestyle, finishing third in the event at the 2017 NCAA Division III Championships at the Conroe Natatorium in Shenandoah, Texas on Wednesday night.
In the morning preliminary, Boraski finished second overall in 1:37.32, breaking his own record by over a full second. In the evening's championship, the senior broke his own mark, clocking in at 1:37.10, just half a second behind champion Evan Holder of Johns Hopkins.
It's the second straight year Boraski has been an All-American in the 200 freestyle. The senior will have one more race, in the 100 freestyle, on Friday, where he is seeded second at 44.10.
