How it Happened
Keene State fell behind early and struggled to catch up to WestConn. The Wolves scored the first 10 goals in the game. It wasn't until with 3:22 left in the third quarter that St. Marie scored her 26th goal of the season to make it 10-1. WestConn would score the next four goals, before Ratajack finished the scoring for either side with a goal on a free position shot with 7:46 remaining in the fourth. It was her team-leading 35th goal of the season. That's all of the scoring the Owls would have in the game, as junior attacker Colleen Crotty led the Wolves to victory with four goals in the game.
