PROVIDENCE, R.I.--Two members of the Keene State women's golf team, plus an outstanding men's cross country performance, were all rewarded by Little East Conference weekly honors, the league announced today.
Women's Golf
Junior
Madison Mousley (Thetford, Vt.) was named the LEC Golfer of the Week. Mousley earned the individual medalist honor at the First Warrior Invitational at Tallwood Country Club. She fired a 41-45-86 to lead the field by five strokes as the Owls won the team portion of the meet by 91 strokes.
Freshman
Sadie Murray (Hampton, Conn.) was named the LEC Rookie of the Week. Murray was second at the First Warrior Invitational, shooting 45-46-91 to finish second overall.
Men's Cross Country
Tyler Bolaske (Palmer, Mass.) was named the LEC Runner of the Week. Bolaske was fourth overall at the Keene State Invitational, covering the 8K course in 24:32.7 in a race where 20 seconds separated the top four runners.
