Aiden Chang is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Keene State men's basketball program, coming to the Owls from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois after a successful playing career with the Cardinals that included two CCIW tournament champions and one regular season title. He is the all-time leader in game played at North Central (121), seventh in career assists (247), and ninth in three-point field goals made (147) at the school. North Central made the NCAA tournament in every season of his playing career, including consecutive Sweet 16 trips, one of which was ended prematurely in March of 2020 when the remainder of the season was cancelled across the sport. Chang was a management and marketing major in college after attending Aquin Central Catholic School in Freeport, Illinois.
