  • Title
    Assistant Coach

Tahrike Carter is in his second stint as an assistant coach with the Keene State College men's basketball team.  Carter is no stranger to Keene State, having competed for four years at Little East Conference rival Rhode Island College.  Carter returns to the Owls' basketball program after spending a year a NCAA Division II New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, N.Y.

Prior to his time on the Bears' staff, Carter spent the 2015-16 season with the Owls' men's program, helping the team to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.

A 2nd Team All-American at Rhode Island College, Carter became the first person in Little East Conference history to be named LEC Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Most Outstanding Player of the LEC Tournament in the same season.  The Anchormen won three LEC tournament championships and three LEC regular season championships, and advanced to the NCAA tournament all four years of his career, including the Sweet 16 in 2010 and 2011.
