Valuable senior guard who has paid his dues and will be looking for an expanded role off the bench for the Owls this season…has the ability spark the team with a quick three-pointer, steal or defensive stop...the teams'' microwave who can heat up quickly...can score from outside and get to the rim…a gritty, scrappy player who brings fundamental approach and solid defense to the floor.
As a junior: Appeared in 25 games off the bench for the Owls last season...scored a season high nine points against Eastern Conn. (2/22/13) in the semifinals of the LEC tournament, hitting three of his four shots behind the arc....pulled down a season best six rebounds against Mary Washington (12/28/13).
As a sophomore: Had a great start to the season, recording 5 points, 4 steals, and 3 rebounds in just 13 minutes...Played a season high 14 minutes against UMass Boston, hitting two three-pointers
Before KSC: Comes to the program after graduating from Newington High School in Connecticut…..Was a captain and earned All-Conference and All-Courant honors as a senior…..As a junior earned All-Herald and All-Conference honors…..Also played baseball where he was senior captain for his team…..Jim is a saftey studies major.
