Bobby Rodrigue '00

Bobby Rodrigue was named the first head coach in program history in October 2023.
Rodrigue served as the head coach for the Owls' club program, shepherding it from its infancy in 2006 to a regional power in the American Collegiate Hockey Association, his teams winning over 220 games before he stepped down to start the varsity program at the end of the 2023-2024 season.
The club team won Northeast Collegiate Hockey Association championships in 2016, 2020, 2023 and 2024, and made ACHA national tournament appearances in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2024.  The Owls were also selected for the 2020 version of the tournament before it was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rodrigue is a USA Hockey certified Level 5, Master Coach.  In 2016, he received the Bob O'Conner District Coaching Education Award and in 2017, he was a national finalist for the ACHA Coach of the Year.
A Keene State College graduate with a degree in Management, Rodrigue was named Keene State’s Outstanding Citizen of the Year in 2000 and was awarded the Outstanding Service Award from the KSC Alumni Association in 2016.
Bobby is also the Boys Player Development Camp Director for the New England District of USA Hockey, as well as a National Camp Team Leader and Mentor Coach Developer for USA Hockey, and the Coach-in-Chief for the New Hampshire Amateur Hockey Association.
In his first season behind the bench of Keene State’s NCAA team, Rodrigue guided the squad to a 13-10-1 record; the roster included 17 freshmen and just three seniors. Freshman Chase Carney and Sophomore Marcus Chrisafideis were both named semi-finalists for the Joe Concannon Award.
Bobby lives in Keene with his girlfriend, Bethany Morin ’12.
