    Strength & Conditioning Assistant
A native of Peterborough, N.H., Jon serves as the Strength and Conditioning coach for the Men’s Ice Hockey Team.  Prior to KSC, Jon was an Assistant S&C coach at both the University of New Hampshire and Franklin Pierce University.  He also owns and operates his own private training facilities, Lifelong Athlete, located in both Swanzey and Peterborough.
Jon earned his master's degree in exercise science from the University of New Hampshire in 2023. He played 2 years of collegiate ice hockey at Becker College in Worcester, MA.
