Kevin Justice begins his fourth season with the Keene State women's basketball program. Justice, who also serves as the school's Assistant Director of Admissions for Multicultural Recruitment, holds primary responsibilities for scouting, practice and game preparations, on-floor coaching, and player development.
In his first season with the team, Justice helped the Owls to a program record 24 wins and the No. 2 seed in the Little East Conference tournament, before aiding in the Owls' historic 2016-2017 season, as Keene State won their first LEC tournament title.
Justice came to the women's team after working with the KSC men's program for 13 seasons, serving as an assistant coach from 2002-2008 and recruiting coordinator (2003-08) before being promoted to associate head coach, where he served from 2008-15. The Owls won a pair of LEC tournament titles (2004, 2015), while also reaching the NCAA tournament three times (2004, 2007, 2015), including trips to the Elite 8 in 2004 and Sweet 16 in 2007.
Originally from Boise, Idaho, Justice came to Keene State from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Wash., where he was a four-year member of the basketball team. Justice came to Keene State on an NCAA Ethnic Minorities and Women's Internship in 2002. He originally worked in the Sports Information Office in 2003 while coaching before moving into admissions in 2003.
