Keene State College

Athletic junior who will compete for playing time as a point guard for the Owls this season..plays with a lot of energy...her biggest asset is her speed, pushing the ball up the court and being very active defensively...can also hit the open jumper and use her speed to get to the hoop...a team player with a positive personality.

Sophomore (2013-14): Appeared in 18 games, averaging 10 minutes. Scored a season high nine points in loss at Rhode Island College (2/8/13).

Freshman (2012-13): Came off the bench, appearing in 18 games in her first season with the team...had an auspicious deput, scoring 13 points with nine steals and eight assists in Owls'' season opening win over York College (11/16/12)...also had a season high 14 points against UMass-Boston (12/8/12).

Before KSC: Arrived at Keene State from Matignon High School in Cambridge, Mass. where she was a four-year starter at point guard for the Warriors….served as team captain as a senior…2011 squad advanced to the North Sectional quarter finals of Eastern Mass. tournament….ranked among the top sprinters in the 100 and 200 events competing for Warrior track team….also a member of school''s soccer team....brother Sebastian plays football, basketball and baseball at Medford (Mass.) High School…Laurie is undecided about her major, but considering psychology or other majors in the science field.
