Sarah Testo is entering her 17th year as the strength & conditioning coach at Keene State. Testo develops and implements in-season and off-season strength & conditioning programs for 16 varsity teams. Testo earned her B.S in health science from Keene State College where she was a four-year member of the Keene State Women’s Soccer Team. Testo also received a master’s degree in exercise science from Springfield College and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Prior to Keene State Testo worked at Mike Boyle’s Strength & Conditioning and interned at University of Tulsa and Boston University respected Strength & Conditioning programs. Testo is also an Assistant Coach for the Women’s Soccer and an Adjunct in the Human Performance and Movement Science program. The role of the Strength & Conditioning program is to help in the prevention of injuries, develop mental toughness, and develop the athlete physically for the demands of their sport. We aim to have student-athletes leave the program with a superior work ethic and the tools for lifelong fitness.
