'KEENE, N.H. 3/31/03 – Ben Bradley (South
Hadley, MA.) netted seven goals to lead the Keene State College
men's lacrosse team to a 21-6 non-conference victory over Green
Mountain College in Keene on Monday.
It was the third straight win for Keene State (3-1) while Green
Mountain (1-1) suffered its first loss of the season.
Eric Momnie (South Windsor, CT) and Joe Branciforte (Cromwell,
CT) (Port Murray, N.J.) added three goals each in the game
for the Owls. Momnie also tied a KSC record with five assists.
William Wilson led the Eagles with two goals and an assist.
Jumping out to a 7-2 lead after the first quarter, the Owls had
a 9-2 advantage at halftime.
Eric Delisle (Amherst, N.H.) (nine save) played the first three
quarter in goal. Ryan Connary (Portland, Me.) made one save in the
fourth quarter for the Owls.
Michael O'Hara (Jordan, N.Y.) finished with 11 saves GMC.
Keene State will host Curry College on Thursday (4 p.m.).
