EAST MEADOW, N.Y. 12/4/09 - The Keene State College men's swimming and diving team competed in the opening night of the 2009 ECAC Division III Swimming & Diving Championships hosted by the Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, N.Y. The team of Harrison Hollingsworth (Derry, N.H.), Domingo Rose (Nashua, N.H.), DJ Collis (Laconia, N.H.) and Connor Pennoyer (Norwalk, Conn.) took the crown in the 200 yard medley relay with a time of 136:54, bettering their seed time by more than three seconds.

Also competing on the opening night were sophomore divers Derek Peabody (Haverhill, Mass.) and Jack Ferriter (Northampton, Mass.) who finished 11th and 15th respectively in the three meter dive.

Keene State will continue to compete in the 2009 ECAC Division III Swimming & Diving on Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m.
