BRIDGEWATER, MASS. 10/23/13 – The Keene State women's soccer team bounced back from Saturday's tough 3-2 loss against UMass-Boston with a 1-0 non-conference win over Bridgewater State University at Swenson Field on Wednesday night.

Freshman Brittany Tolla (Sandy Hook, Conn.) scored the only goal of the game midway thought the second half.  Senior Jessica Berthiaume (Worcester, Mass.) initial shot hit off the post and Tolla knocked in the rebound for her fourth goal of the season.

The victory snapped a two game losing streak for the Owls (12-4-1). Bridgewater State (6-5-2) saw its two game winning streak come to an end.

The Owls outshot the Bears 14-6.

Junior Torrie Crenson (North Salem, N.Y.) finished the game with two saves to register her fifth shutout of the season.  Senior Kerry Condon (Whitman, Mass.) stopped eight shots for BSU.

Keene State travels to Western Conn. State on Saturday (4 p.m.)
