WESTFIELD, Mass.--Senior Lindsay Szuch ran to a 45th place finish at the NCAA New England Regional Race at Stanley Park on Saturday afternoon.

Women's Race

• The Owls finished 15th overall out of 59 teams, with two runners in the top 100 and four in the top 150. Six of the Owls' runners acheived a season best time, and four of those were personal bests. 406 total runners competed in the day's meet.
• Szuch covered the 6K course in 22:24.30, a career best 6K time and a near 30 second improvement on her place from a year ago.   Katelyn Terry was 74th overall in 23:02.07, and Alyssa Lombardi was 112th in 23:30.81, both personal best times.
• Rachel Klaski was 132nd with a time of 23:46.96, followed by Lindsey Terry (174th, 24:25.55), Katharine Lynch (203rd, 24:46.61), and Lauren Perkowski (205th, 24:47.55).
• MIT and Williams took home the top two places and automatic qualification for the NCAA Championships, while Tufts' Brittany Bowman won the race in 21:14.29.

Men's Race

• A young Keene State team with no seniors  finished in 22nd place, with four runners in the top 150 in a field of 384.
• Philip Parent led the way for the Owls, placing 63rd overall in 25:58.89 on the 8K course. Iid Sheikh-Yusuf was next, over the finish in 26:36.20, for 107th place.
• Matt Dudley (27:23.71, 148th place) and Ian Connell (27:24.04, 149th) were next, followed by Gavin Thomas (27:40.56, 175th place), Ben MacDonald (28:04.26, 193rd, and Tyler DeChane (28:26.02, 218th).  
• MIT and Williams tied for first place, but the Engineers were awarded first with a higher individual finish.  Tufts' Tim Nichols captured the individual race in 23:54.58.
