Box Score PROVIDENCE, R.I.--The Keene State College volleyball team remained undefeated in Little East Conference play with a 3-0 (26-24, 25-22, 25-22) win over Rhode Island College at the Murray Center on Saturday afternoon.

Tale of the Tape
- Courtney Collins led the Owl offense with 10 kills, hitting .643, while Brooke Hatanaka hit .375 with seven kills. Collins also paced the Owls defense, recording a solo block and a block assist as the Owls held RIC to .009 hitting, including -.023 in the final set.
- Rachel Lamica had eight kills, two service aces, and two block assists.
- Riley Bunker had a team high 17 digs, and Katie Cunningham had 23 assists along with a pair of service aces.
Set One Highlights
- The Owls rallied from an early hole to claim a win in extra points. The Anchorwomen exploded out to a 9-1 lead, taking advantage of four KSC errors, and increased the lead to 11-3.
- KSC pulled back four straight points, the last of which was a service ace by Lamica to cut the gap to 11-7, but RIC boosted the lead back to 15-8 on a kill by Sierra Smith.
- Keene State kept chipping away, closing to within 16-13 on a kill by Hatanaka, and closing to 23-22 on a kill by Collins. After the Anchorwomen moved to set point on a kill by Smith, Hatanaka tied the game with another kill, and the Owls took the lead for the first time on an RIC error. Collins then ended the set with another kill.
Set Two Highlights
- Keene State went up 8-7 on a kill by Hannah Syzmanski, and the set remained close until the Owls pulled away, as Taylor Bright served up an ace and Collins and Hatanaka had back to back kills.
- Another kill by Syzmanski gave KSC a 21-17 lead, and Katie Cunningham served the Owls into set point with an ace for a 24-17 advantage.
- RIC would not go away, scoring the next five points to get within 24-22, but Lamica ended the threat and the set with a kill.
Set Three Highlights
- KSC took a 5-1 lead with Cunningham delivering another ace and two RIC errors, but the Anchorwomen clawed back to take a 6-5 lead on consecutive kills by Jillian Ward.
- A service ace from Lamica gave the Owls a 9-6 lead, which grew to 14-9 as RIC made another attacking error.
- Back-to-back kills from Lamica and Olivia Mathieu, and another RIC error gave the Owls a 21-14 edge, but again the Anchorwomen stayed in it, getting within 22-21.
- The Owls then slammed the door shut, as Collins had a kill and Lamica two more to end the set and the match.
