Charles Molloy Picked As USILA Honorable Mention All-American

KEENE, N.H.--Recent Keene State College graduate and men's lacrosse standout Charles Molloy IV was named as an Honorable Mention All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, it was announced today.

Molloy (Guilford, Conn.) concluded his career as one of the most decorated defenders in program history.  He was the Little East Conference Defensive Player of the Year as both a junior and a senior, as well as being picked as the Little East Conference Tournament Most Outstanding Player in 2018 and to the All-LEC First Team in his final two seasons.

In his four years, Molloy's teams went an eye-popping 51-19 (.729), and 29-0 in Little East Conference play, while winning four LEC regular season championships and four LEC tournament titles and appearing in the NCAA tournament four times.  He ranks among KSC's all-time leaders in ground balls (eighth, 166), and caused turnovers (second, 83).   He becomes the seventh Honorable Mention All-America in program history, joining Eric Momnie (2005), Matt Johnson (2007), Griffin Meehan (2010, 2011), Tyler McKelvie (2014, 2015, 2016), Mike Curley (2014), and Bryan Rotatori (2016).
