Giuliana Stolfi each scored their first collegiate goal as the Keene State College women's soccer team defeated Salem State University 2-0 Tuesday night at Dr. Ron Butcher Field.

How it Happened
Keene State began its attack on offense early when senior midfielder
Kayleigh Marshall crossed the ball into the box. Yanski would then kick the ball into the back of the net to give the Owls an early 1-0 lead just 3:20 into the match. KSC would continue to put pressure on the Vikings throughout the match, before drawing a penalty kick with nearly 14 minutes remaining in the game. Stolfi would take the penalty kick and score to extend Keene State's lead to 2-0. KSC would ultimately end its two-game losing streak by shutting out the Vikings.

- This is the second straight game where the Owls scored a goal on a penalty kick.
