How it Happened
On a sweltering Homecoming afternoon, the Owls took the lead in the seventh minute when O'Connell saw UNE 'keeper Anna Flaherty just off her line, and lobbed a shot over her head and into the far right corner.
Keene State kept UNE off the board until the 23rd minute, when Lindsey Butler streaked in and scored, then took the lead when Lizzie Frattaroli beat the Owls defense down the right side before firing into the bottom corner.
That was all the scoring the game needed, though the Nor'easters needed a diving stop from Flaherty to keep out Isabella Moran's effort in the 36th minute and again in the 83rd minute.
Andriski made nine stops for the Owls, her second highest total in a game this season.
