BABSON PARK, Mass. – The Keene State College women's swimming and diving team saw two members of their team place in the top three of the 3-meter board event on Thursday evening at the Little East Conference Swimming and Diving Championships, as
Ayla Pullen finished second and
Megan Strzegowski finished third in the event.
In the preliminary round, Strzegowski placed second in the nine-diver field, with a score of 393.55. Close behind was Pullen in third with a score of 387.90, as the two advanced to the finals with the top-eight divers.
In the finals, Pullen's 11-dive score placed her second, with a score of 397.50. Strzegowski placed third with a score of 385.50 in her sophomore season, improving on her score of 340.80 from her freshman season at the 2024 LEC Swimming and Diving Championships.
The 3-meter diving finishes will be officially recognized Friday night following the first full day of competition at the Boston Sports Institute in Wellesley, Massachusetts. The preliminary rounds are set to begin at 10 a.m. and the finals will begin at 6:30 p.m.
