Leo Chaikin was honored by the Little East Conference from his impressive week for the Owls for the week of 2/16-2/22.

Leo Chaikin (South Hero, Vt.) was named the LEC Player of the Week from his dominance on the court in the two games on the week for the Owls. In the 2-0 week, Chaikin led both games in scoring as he scored 45 points for KSC. Against Eastern Connecticut State University, Chaikin scored a game-high 23 points on 10-for-15 (66.7%) shooting from the field in the Owls' 73-57 victory, to go with his eight boards. On his Senior Day on Saturday, Chaikin recorded a game-high 22 points on 9-for-11 (81.8%) shooting, picking up his second double-double on the season as he also grabbed 10 rebounds and had four assists in KSC's 90-69 win.
Chaikin and the Owls return to the court at home in the LEC Quarterfinals against Rhode Island College on Wednesday, February 25, at 7:30 PM.
