Andrew Wiegand was honored by the Little East Conference from his impressive week for the Owls for the week of 2/23-3/1.

Andrew Wiegand (Jefferson, Mass.) was named the LEC Goalkeeper of the Week from his impressive performance in net for the Owls in his first two collegiate starts. Over his 190:52 in net across the two games, Wiegand had a 9.27 GAA and .575 SV% as he anchored the Owls to a 1-1 week to open the 2026 season. Against Western New England University, Wiegand made 16 saves in net for the Owls, against a tough Golden Bear opponent to open the season. In the Owls' home opener, Wiegand played in 49:52 of the contest and made seven saves to pick up his first career collegiate win for KSC, coming against Johnson & Wales University (RI).
Wiegand and the Owls return to action at home on Tuesday, March 3, at 2:00 PM against Springfield College for their next matchup.
