NORTH DARTMOUTH, MA. 10/20/01 - The Keene State women's soccer team completed its regular season with a 4-0 Little East Conference shutout victory on the road at North Dartmouth on Saturday. Keene State (15-4, 5-2 LEC) will host UMA-Dartmouth (7-7-1, 2-5 LEC) in a first round LEC Tournament game at Owl Stadium Complex on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The Owls scored a pair of goals in each half. Celena Chickering (Keene, NH) took a through ball from Jen Ortisi (Allenstown, NH) and scored to give KSC a 1-0 lead. With two minutes to play in the half, Amy Lamson (Bridgewater, MA.) scored off a scramble in the crease to extend the lead to 2-0.

Suzanne Heinkel (Westfield, NJ) and Jessica Williams (Nashua, NH) added insurance goals in the second half. Williams now has a team leading 10 goals this season.

Michelle Mason (Fairport, NY) turned away seven shots for her 10th shutout of the season. Christina Nunes finished with 13 saves for the Corsairs.
