GORHAM, Maine--Members of the class of 2018 scored all five goals as the Keene State College women's soccer team concluded the regular season with a 5-0 win at the University of Southern Maine on Saturday.

Keene State, which has won four in a row, finishes the regular season with a 12-8 record, and a 5-2 LEC mark.  Southern Maine ends the year with a 2-14-3 mark, and 0-6-1 in the Little East Conference.   In their last four wins, KSC has outscored opponents 16-2.

The Owls will be the No. 4 seed in the Little East Conference tournament, and will host UMass Dartmouth in a quarterfinal match on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m.

The Owls got the only goal they would need in the 16th minute when Taylor Farland scored her 10th goal of the year off passes from Beverly Cole and Morgan Kathan.

Kathan was the the provider for Keene State's next goal, setting up Shannon Hart in the 27th minute.  The Owls tacked on two goals in two minutes just before halftime to salt the game away, as Katie Silegy scored off a pass from former high school teammate Kali Santino in the 37th minute, and Kathan got her second of the year in the 39th, after good passes from Hart and Rebecca Costello.

Marianna Porcello became the fifth freshman with her name on the scoresheet just 17 seconds into the second half, with Liana Blais providing the assist.

Torrie Crenson played the first 55 minutes in goal and was not called upon to make a save.  Kathryn Hoar came on in relief for her first appearance of the year, playing 35 minutes and making one stop.
