How It Happened
Colby-Sawyer came out on the attack from the opening whistle. Hannah Fields found the back of the net just 1:49 into the contest, as Molly Maclure freed the senior forward from the Owls' back line. Fields once again used her speed in the open field to find the back of the net. This time she took the ball down the field and score unassisted at the 59:11 marker.
Keene State would not stay down for long as Katie Bottis fed Jordyn Abasciano for her second goal of the season in the 61st minute, cutting the lead in half. While riding the momentum of Abasciano's goal, newly entered Victoria Reynolds scored the equalizer on a free kick from about 20 yards out, scoring off the back post less than a minute later. The Owls would take the lead in the 78th minute as Taylor Bisaillon ricocheted her shot off the back post and it spun into the back of the net.
