KEENE, N.H.--First year Keene State College head baseball coach
Justin Blood has announced the addition of four assistant coaches to his staff.
Marty Testo '97,
Tyler Fitzgerald '20,
Alex Denoyelle, and
Tim Lunn will all join the staff.
"I'm really excited about the staff that we've put together for this year," said Blood. "A good coaching staff starts with really good people that want to lead and positively affect lives. Marty, Tim, Alex and Tyler check those boxes and more."
Lunn comes to Keene State after having served as the junior varsity head coach and assistant varsity coach at Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, N.H. He's also worked as the manager of the Nashua Legion team that won the 2019 State Legion Championship.  He is a two-time graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree in secondary education.
Denoyelle moves to Keene State from Springfield College, where he was a four year player for the Pride. Appearing in 49 games as a catcher, Denoyelle completed his career in 2019.  He received his undegraduate degree in Physical Education, with dual minors in Health Studies and Athletic Coaching.  He also holds a master's degree in Athletic Administration from Springfield.   Denoyelle has coached for the Worcester Bravehearts, as well as the L&M Baseball Club and American Legion, both in Rhode Island.
Fitzgerald returns to KSC after spending time working in the San Francisco Giants organization as an player development analyst.  He pitched for three years at Keene State, receiving a bachelors degree in Business Management. He made 20 appearances on the hill for the Owls, tossing 33 2/3 innings with a 3.48 ERA and three saves.   He also pitched for one year at Southern New Hampshire University, earning an MBA in 2021.
Testo comes back to the KSC dugout for his second stint as an assistant coach.  A former player for the Owls, Testo was an assistant coach from 2000-2017, helping to recruit some of the best players in school history.  During his time in the dugout, the Owls won the LEC regular season title in 2006, 2008, and 2010, and the LEC tournament championship in 2008.  They also made NCAA tournament appearances in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012. Â
