"I know it's cliche to say a championship is a team effort, but this meet and really our entire season has been built that way," said KSC Head Coach
Chris Woolridge. "At the LEC'S we scored points with every entry and I'm pretty sure we were the only team in the conference to do that. That's the reason we were able to win even though we didn't have as many event wins as we have in the past. Watching the team come together and do their individual part to win a championship was really special this weekend"
On the men's side,
