WENHAM, Mass. –
Madison Mousley shot an 84 (+17) and
Bianca Bostwick an 86 (+19) as the Keene State College women's golf team opened the spring part of their schedule at the Gordon College Shootout at the Wenham Country Club on Saturday.
KSC finished with a team score of 377, well ahead of the host Fighting Scots, who shot a 471.
The Owls had the top three finishers, with Jennifer Erikson shooting a 102 to finish third.
Jodi Mercier (105) and Madison Fitzgerald (121) rounded out Keene State's contingent at the event.
Katherine Mosley led Gordon with a 104 on the 4,546 yard par 67 course.
The Owl women return to the links next weekend at the Northeast Women's Golf Championship on Saturday (April 27) and Sunday (April 28). That event will be held at The Edison Club in Rexford, N.Y. The men open their spring slate with the Rick Korzec Memorial Invitational on Wednesday, April 24 at the Blackstone National Golf Club in Sutton, Mass.
