COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the first time since Ally McCall in 2019, Keene State College was recognized by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) on their All-American team selections as the 2025 NFHCA Division III All-American teams sponsored by Apex Field Hockey saw senior
Grace Bazin earn a First Team All-American selection.
Grace Bazin, a senior forward and team captain from Westminster, Vermont, finishes her three years as an Owl as the first member of the field hockey program since Sami Smith in 2016 to be named a First Team All-American to go with her other numerous awards won throughout her senior season. The awards continue to rack up for Bazin after being named the Eastern College Athletic

Conference (ECAC) Offensive Player of the Year and named to the ECAC Division III Field Hockey All-ECAC Team last week, to go with her NFHCA First Team All-Region selection (for the first time for an Owl since McCall in 2019), repeating as the Little East Conference Offensive Player of the Year and being named to the First Team All-LEC for both the second consecutive years (second time in program history, joining Sami Smith in 2015 and 2016), being named the Most Outstanding Player of the LEC championship tournament, taking home the LEC Offensive Player of the Week for seven of 10 possible weeks across the year.
Bazin's selection to be a First Team All-American is no surprise as she led the NCAA across all three divisions in points, points per game, and goals in her senior season. Her 83 points are the second most in program history for a single season, trailing Smith's 2016 season by two points, while Bazin's 3.77 points per game are the program record for points per game across her 22 games on the year. In the Owls' comeback penalty shootout victory over the University of Southern Maine in the semifinals of the LEC tournament, Bazin set the program for goals in a single season as she scored the game-tying goal with 13 seconds remaining in regulation with her 37th goal of the season. Across the year, Bazin scored the game-winning goal in seven of the Owls' 15 wins, tied for the third most in program history, including the game-winner in the first three games of the season. Her nine assists on the season were tied for the team-high on the season with the most important of the year being her assist on
Meghan Daileanes' game-winning goal in the LEC championship in KSC's 1-0 victory over Eastern Connecticut State University to help the Owls secure back-to-back LEC titles and their LEC-record 16th championship victory. Starting in all 22 games on the year for the Owls, Bazin tallied at least one goal in 19 of 22 games, while also recording a hat trick in three games to go with a pair of four-goal performances.
Bazin's three years as an Owl come to a close atop the record books for multiple offensive categories. Her 187 career points are tied for the second most in program history, coming from 82 goals (second most in program history) and 23 assists (21st most in program history). Along with her career records being atop the record books, all three of her seasons as an Owl are among the top of the single season records with her point and goal totals are all among the top-20 in program history. Her 83 points in 2025 are the second-most in a single season, while her 59 points in 2024 are the fifth most, and her 45 points in 2023 are tied for the 17th most. For goals scored, her 37 in 2025 is the new program record for a season, while her 26 in 2024 are the sixth most, and her 19 goals in 2023 is tied for the 19th most in program history.
